Most shops end up stuck between two bad options: cheap billing software that can't keep up as they grow, or heavy ERP systems that need constant internet, expensive servers and weeks of training. Retailers in the real world need something that just works at the counter — fast, keyboard-driven, and reliable even when the connection drops.
So we built Codipy ERP + POS as one platform that scales from a single till to a multi-counter store, and adapts to what kind of shop you actually run. Pick your business type during setup and the software configures its own modules, dashboard and defaults — batch and expiry tracking for a pharmacy, IMEI and warranty for a mobile shop, size and colour variants for a clothing store, menu items for a restaurant.
Everything runs on your own local network. Install once, pick Server mode on the main PC and Client mode on each counter — the clients discover the server automatically, no technical setup required. There's no cloud dependency, so a dropped internet connection never stops a sale. Data lives in a fast local SQLite database with scheduled automatic backups, and every counter stays in sync in real time.

A single stock ledger keeps every count accurate. FEFO batch allocation, expiry and low-stock alerts, purchases & GRN, purchase orders with smart reorder suggestions, barcode label printing, and CSV import to get started fast.
A real double-entry system that posts itself. Sales, purchases, payments and expenses automatically create balanced journal entries, so you get a live trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet, ledgers and a cheque register without a separate accountant's tool.
Employees, attendance, advances and one-click payroll runs, plus salesman commissions and day-close Z-reports. Staff sign each transaction with a serial + PIN, and granular roles and permissions decide exactly who can see or do what.
Send invoices, payment reminders, birthday wishes and bulk campaigns straight from the software. Promotions and loyalty points apply automatically at the counter, and the dashboard's "credits due" list lets you nudge customers with one tap.
Realtime dashboards and deep reports — profit, dead stock, cash book, salesman, hourly and more, all CSV-exportable. FBR digital invoicing (with QR receipts) keeps you compliant, and WooCommerce / Shopify orders sync in and turn into sales automatically.
